To make it Christmas worthy, I've made it taste like gingerbread. The perfect flavor for this festive season!

GINGERBREAD GRANOLA
vegan - glutenfree - free from refined sugar - oil free

Ingredients
2 cups (glutenfree) oats
1/2 cup quinoa puffs
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp brown almond butter (I used THIS)
1 tbsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp dried ginger (optional when your gingerbread spice already contains ginger)

Preparation
1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the maple syrup and almond butter and stir until everything is evenly coated.
3. Spread it on a parchment paper and bake it at 120°C circulating air for 20 min.

Enjoy!

Tip: Double the amount (use 2 baking sheets otherwise it won't be as crunchy!) and freeze it. It will last about 3 months in the freezer. Otherwise you can use it up to 1 month!

To decorate the jars I used some homemade dried oranges and a natural band as well as a chalkboard sticker. You can also make a handwritten tag if you're in a rush :) Get creative!
